The detached building is located to the rear of the Inn overlooking Kirkibost Island. Many years ago, it was a byre to shelter cows and sheep and latterly was used to store the Inn’s supply of whisky. It has since been refurbished in to a private and comfortable double room with en-suite. It comprises a porch, living space with a double bed and shower room. Facilities include TV, WI-FI, kettle, electric heating, crockery and cutlery, hair dryer and a fridge. Continental breakfast is provided along with tea and coffee, water, biscuits, milk and sugar. There is free parking on site.

Ideally located on the Hebridean cycle way, 6 miles from Balranald bird reserve with stunning beaches and iron age archaeology in close proximity. You might be lucky enough to hear a corncrake, cuckoo or see a beautiful sunset over Kirkibost island.
Smoking is not permitted in the Bothy.
